Senior Vice President, Debt Capital Markets Origination TH

About the Role

• For the primary debt market Origination of debt capital markets (“DCM”) instruments including i.e. debenture, convertible debenture, structured debenture, bill of exchange and SOE bond etc.
• To ensure their activities are conducted according to existing policies and procedures approved by the management and the Board including the Group Chinese Walls Policies and Procedures, where applicable.
• To pitch, structure and complete DCM transactions.
• To work closely with IBK for origination of deals.
• To work closely with the Syndicate Desk and Fixed Income Sales teams for the sell down of the deals.
• To coordinate with the relevant parties and authorities including SEC, Rating Agency and Thai BMA, where applicable, in executing DCM transactions.
• To work with the relevant parties including the Legal Advisor, Auditor, Registrar and Bondholder representative, where applicable.
