Finance Head

About the Role

• Fully responsible for financial strategic planning, budget management, treasury, and internal control systems.
• Strictly adhere to Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations, leading tax planning and compliance management.
• Establish scientific financial analysis and early-warning mechanisms to provide precise data support for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cross-border operations, project investments, joint ventures, and multi-project fund flows along with risk management.
• Efficiently manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and CPA firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 8+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 3+ years as Finance Head, Finance Manager, or equivalent management roles.
• Familiar with Thai Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and corporate financial management; experience in cross-border business, investment, JVs, or multi-project finance is preferred.
• Thai CPA qualification, tax certification, or experience collaborating with licensed CPA firms is preferred.
• Business communication skills in Chinese, Thai, or English preferred; highly principled, rigorous, and possessing strong professional ethics.

Compensation Structure

Highly competitive Base Salary + Performance Pay + Project Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus + Business Growth Incentives (Uncapped for HQ roles).
