Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a growth-minded, energetic, and easy-going Affiliate Manager to scale our TikTok Shop affiliate program. You will drive sales for trusted healthcare brands like Centrum, Sensodyne, and Polident by turning creator content to commerce. If you love chasing targets growth but value collaboration and a positive attitude, this is for you. ECommerce team has 5 positions, and this role will report to eCommerce Lead of Thailand.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive TikTok Growth: Execute a high-impact affiliate strategy to hit GMV targets on TikTok Shop Thailand.
• Creator Management: Scout, onboard, and nurture relationships with health, wellness, and lifestyle influencers/KOLs.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate content briefs, sample distribution, and commission structures, tracking live-stream and video performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal eCommerce and Brand teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Data Optimization: Analyse key metrics (ROI, Conversion, creator activity) to continuously improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Growth & Numbers Driven: You genuinely thrive on hitting sales target and optimizing performance
• Easy-going Collaborator: Approachable, people-centric, and able to build quick trust with creators while staying clam in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 2-4 years in eCommerce, affiliate, or influencer marketing – with hands-on experience navigating the TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Niche Knowledge: Experience with FMCG, beauty, or healthcare products (knowledge of Thailand’s advertising compliance is a plus).
• Language: Fluent in Thai with good professional English
