Media Search Analyst – Thai Speaker (Remote)

About the Role

Ready to say goodbye to the traditional 9-5 routine and embrace a flexible, part-time long-term role. You will complete tasks using an innovative web-based evaluation tool to assess digital media and search relevance for the Thai market.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments across media categories including music, video, books, podcasts and home pod evaluations.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content.
• Use online research tools to assess and validate query accuracy and user intent.
• Apply market expertise together with provided directives to evaluate relevance and purpose of task-related information for the Thai market.
• Complete tasks according to project guidelines; work subject to standard quality assurance checks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai.
• Resident of Thailand for the last 12 months with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs in Thailand.
• Have an email address associated with an Apple ID and experience/know-how of Apple products; ensure the email used in registration matches your primary Apple ID email (applications with mismatched emails will not be considered).
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music and video, and strong internet research interest/skills.
• Ability to work across diverse task types including news and audio relevance tasks.
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer and relevant software.
• Independent worker with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
• High school degree or higher preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.

Assessment

To be hired you must pass an open-book qualification exam and complete ID verification. Guidelines and learning materials are provided before the exam. You will complete the exam within a specific timeframe but at your convenience.
