CAPEX Planning & Control

About the Role

Position: CAPEX Planning & Control at Thai Union Feedmill Public Company Limited.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare the annual Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budget.
• Maintain and control the CAPEX approval list to ensure all fixed asset investments are properly reviewed and approved according to company authorization policies.
• Monitor the progress of approved investment plans and CAPEX utilization against budget.
• Track and report cost savings and operational benefits resulting from completed CAPEX investments.
• Oversee and ensure effective control of fixed asset management processes in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure all assets are properly tagged, accurately recorded, and maintained up to date.
• Oversee the execution of periodic physical asset verification in accordance with approved plans, including summarizing the results.
• Participate in the disposal process of damaged or obsolete assets, including all related activities.
• Coordinate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure asset data in the SAP system is accurate and up to date.
• Support internal and external audits by providing fixed asset data, reconciliations, and explanations.
• Ensure regular reconciliation between fixed asset sub-ledger, SAP, and general ledger for Thailand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in CAPEX planning and budgeting.
• Proficient in computer applications and office equipment.
