As a Course Consultant, you will engage with parents and students through telesales and messaging to sell educational products and handle inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

About the Role
- Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
- Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
- Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
- Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
- Attend any marketing events when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
