About the Company

Marriott International welcomes recent university graduates to the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program. Voyage is a full-time, paid, 18-month development program delivered at Marriott-managed hotels (not classrooms) and available in 50+ countries. Disciplines include Revenue Management, Accounting & Finance, Food & Beverage Operations, Human Resources, Rooms Operations, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology and more. Location: Thailand Area Office, Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Be fully immersed in day-to-day hotel operations and participate in mini-rotations across disciplines.
• Cultivate customer relationships and champion guest service and innovation within the organization.
• Gain exposure to managing projects and people; participate in management meetings and global collaboration with other Voyage participants.
• Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through a Voyage project and take on special projects drawing upon your training.
• Solve operational challenges and offer ideas and innovative solutions that impact hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (those with expected graduation within 12 months may also be considered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education required (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary discipline).
• Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to foster relationships, work collaboratively, self-manage and be a self-starter with a real desire for personal and professional growth.
• Work authorization in the country you apply (local citizen or permanent resident).
