General Manager, Radisson Don Mueang

About the Role

We are seeking a General Manager to join Radisson Don Mueang. As General Manager you will be the orchestrator of exceptional experiences, balancing execution of the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results. You will report to the Regional Director and work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to deliver high service standards and memorable guest experiences.
• Execute and deliver the masterplan while focusing on revenue generation and commercial performance.
• Work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and protect brand reputation.
• Manage the hotel budget and financial performance, ensuring commercial results for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with ownership groups and stakeholders, setting expectations and reporting performance.
• Drive employee engagement, lead diverse teams and maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in hotel operations, commercial strategy and financial performance management.
• Proven experience working with ownership groups and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Demonstrated success in pre-opening, repositioning, or turnaround projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of revenue management (GOP/RGI optimisation).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining strong employee engagement and service standards.
• Experience with internationally branded hotels preferred and strong market knowledge of the Bangkok hospitality landscape and competitive environment.
• Fluent English and Thai communication skills required.
