Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver quality food that is fresh, clean, and on time, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in every service.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Cooking
  • Check the readiness of all kitchen equipment for cleanliness and functionality before starting the shift.
  • Check the readiness and quality of ingredients before starting to cook.
  • Strictly cook according to standard procedures and company recipes.
  • Process customer orders in chronological order to be completed within the specified time.
  • Always inspect food quality to meet standards before handing it over to the service team.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance
  • Ensure the responsible kitchen area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped at all times.
  • Clean kitchen equipment and work areas according to the assigned schedule.
  • Strictly adhere to food hygiene standards and kitchen safety.
  • Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to standards.
• General Operations
  • Comply with company regulations and supervisors' instructions.
  • Report any kitchen issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education

High school (M.6) or equivalent or higher

Experience

No experience required (experience in cooking will be given special consideration)

Other Qualifications

• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn new cooking techniques.
• Committed to and comply with Food Quality & Safety.
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's training certificate (will be given special consideration).
