This role supports regional R&D organizations in Asia by providing financial transparency, project controlling expertise, and business partnering to engineering teams. You will manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting within SAP S/4HANA, offering financial insights to aid business decisions.

Your Contribution
You will play a key role in supporting Regional R&D organizations across Asia by providing financial transparency, project controlling expertise, and business partnering to engineering teams.
- Manage project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, commitments, and settlements within SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS).
- Create and maintain project structures, WBS elements, networks, and milestones to ensure accurate project tracking and governance.
- Support monthly closing activities, capitalization reviews, financial reporting, and variance analysis for regional R&D projects.
- Partner closely with engineering managers and project leaders to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reporting automation, and analytics enhancements using digital tools and best practices.
- Contribute to regional controlling projects and promote financial governance across engineering organizations.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Project Controlling, or R&D Controlling.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS); SAP CO knowledge is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, Datasphere, or Microsoft Fabric is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment; Thai language proficiency is required.
- Ability to work at MAHLE Services (Thailand) Ltd. – Kingkaew Soi 33, Samut Prakan, with a hybrid working environment.
