Seeking for highly motivated & detail oriented for Operation planning focus on Backend external Subcon (OSAT) management. In this role, will be responsible for planning, coordinating capacity, material planning, engineering, & quality to optimize B/E manufacturing operation execution & secure the supply healthy.
Will governor Key Performing Indices by external OSAT & Qtrly OSAT Score :
- FCST loading Hit Rate
- Start / Ship Hit Rate vs Scheduling
- Overstaging (Aged) Lot
- Door-to-door, in-line 90% CT
preferring experience Assy/Test with 5-10yrs experience
