Responsibilities

• Lead factory cross-functional teams to manage New Product Readiness for successful market launch per committed schedule, including meeting KPI targets for volume ramp, yield, quality, scrap and cost.
• Manage and coordinate all factory efforts to prepare and support development builds and customer sample builds until high volume manufacturing; review new materials and process requirements, interface with other sites to solicit required support and training, and develop a systematic factory implementation plan.
• Manage teams to facilitate resolution of program issues to ensure program objectives and deliverables are achieved.
• Facilitate Manufacturing Readiness Review from MRR3.
• Control inventory management and provide management decisions to meet department objectives; establish, add or change work instructions and reports as needed.
• Generate creative ideas/solutions to improve the status quo and perform related work as assigned; build effective teamwork across internal and external organizations.
• Understand and apply IMS policy and participate/support internal IMS-related activities.
• Sustaining product responsibilities: support cross-functional teams to clear roadblocks affecting release timelines; supervise/facilitate implementation of engineering changes (ECs) after qualification with condition/restriction control; define efficient ramp plans with operations; prioritize and manage sustaining qualification; track and transfer lessons learned via the WDITR system.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field; 7+ years in engineering field.
• Preferred: Knowledge in computer and Microsoft basics; ability to communicate in English.
