About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer, based in Nakhon Ratchasima, with opportunities for remote work as needed.

• Install, set up, maintain and repair high-tech equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to identify effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide technical support and deliver excellent customer service to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and conduct frequent on-site visits to address customer requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in field service operations, including installation, setup and repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
• Experience providing technical support and performing preventive maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Previous experience in the Semiconductor, Aerospace, or related industries is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is highly desirable.
