About the Role
Develop a Training Roadmap for Telesales staff, covering Onboarding, Skill Improvement, and Career Development.
Organize training classes according to the established roadmap and/or invite guest speakers to share knowledge aligned with the defined objectives.
Create recognition programs and engagement programs to build strong motivation among employees.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
Understand selling process (Tele s ales) Experience at least 5 Years.
Communication & Story Telling.
Ability to measure performance.
Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
