Product Specialist (BKK Area)

About the Role

Present and inform doctors, pharmacists and hospitals about company products to obtain prescriptions within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit Doctors, Pharmacists and Hospitals to inform on products according to the marketing strategy and with the approved frequency and number of impacts for each segment.
• Build up and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other stakeholders; classify stakeholders by segmentation/targeting criteria and propose additions/changes to the files.
• Track prescription habits, assess prescription potential and influence on other doctors.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date product information using marketing materials; clarify doubts, handle objections and explain advantages versus competitors; ensure other departments follow up when necessary.
• Collect market intelligence on doctors' concerns, competitor product launches, public tenders, cost-containment measures and health authority guidance, and transmit this information.
• Propose and organize territory activities (invitations to congresses, participation of doctors as lecturers, clinical sessions) ensuring compliance with ethical standards and ROI; manage assigned budget to ensure return on investment.
• Assist at scientific congresses as determined by the company.
• Report daily activities and plans, submit timely expense reports and any other requested documentation.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent preferred.
• Background in science, biology, medical or pharmacy preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
