Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting the increase of store sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Inspect food quality according to standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the responsible area and ensure equipment is always ready for service.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent, higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be given special consideration).
