Business Process Improvement, Senior Manager

About the Role

As our Business Process Improvement SDM, you'll be the bridge between business, IT, and operations — leveraging SAP capabilities and digital solutions to drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability across commercial, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing functions. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Transformation, you'll lead a team of 3 and play a pivotal role in ensuring value realization from our SAP and digital investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) across key business functions and establish standardized SOPs aligned with SAP best practices.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses; drive cross-functional process alignment and governance.
• Serve as business process owner in SAP implementation and enhancement projects; translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Drive UAT, change impact assessments, go-live readiness and prioritize change requests based on business value.
• Identify automation opportunities (RPA, dashboards, workflow digitization) and lead digital use case identification and business case development.
• Partner with IT/data teams to deliver digital solutions and build dashboards for operational visibility (S&OP, plant performance, inventory health).
• Define KPIs tied to process improvements, track benefit realization from SAP and digital initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making at leadership forums.
• Champion continuous improvement (Lean) culture, deliver training on new processes and system functionalities, drive adoption and compliance post-implementation, and develop a super-user network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong SAP functional knowledge (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Finance modules preferred) and proven experience in ERP implementation or large-scale transformation projects.
• Process improvement expertise; Lean / Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership with an analytical mindset able to translate data into action.
• Strategic, end-to-end systems thinker; structured problem-solver with a data-driven and digital/process-oriented mindset.
• Strong influencer and communicator, change leader who drives adoption, with high ownership and execution discipline.
