Job Description

• Develop engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and hotel events.
• Manage social media channels and support content planning and community engagement.
• Coordinate photography and videography to showcase the hotel's facilities, dining experiences, and guest moments.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral, press releases, EDMs, and promotional materials.
• Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare campaign reports.
• Ensure all communications align with Mövenpick and Accor brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior internship or relevant experience in digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai, with the ability to read and write Thai fluently.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.
• Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, or similar platforms (preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance data.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support various Marketing Department tasks.
• Flexible with working hours as required by the nature of hotel operations, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
