Safety Manager (HVAC/Construction/Lift/Escalator)
Location: Huai Khwang, Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all occupational health and safety activities across company operations in Thailand.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Thai occupational health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with management, operational teams, clients, and government authorities on HSE matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety & health, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
• Valid Professional Safety Officer certification/license required by Thai regulations.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), preferably in construction, engineering, industrial, elevator, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Thai occupational safety laws and regulations.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems.
• Proven experience in site audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Able to travel frequently for site visits and inspections.
