About the Role

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The role focuses on monitoring environmental performance, conducting audits and inspections, driving safety initiatives, and promoting a strong EHS culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs and standards
• Monitor environmental performance and conduct environmental monitoring activities
• Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company requirements
• Identify hazards, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions
• Drive safety initiatives and promote a strong EHS culture across the organization
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and engage stakeholders cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, and compliance standards
• Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001)
• Experience in audits, inspections, environmental monitoring, waste management and risk control practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning abilities; strong attention to detail
