Responsibilities

• Present the complete Red Hat portfolio to ecosystem partners and customers.
• Serve as the primary technologist for ecosystem partners and act as a trusted advisor to technical teams and business points of contact.
• Co-create go-to-market strategy with ecosystem partners related to their technical capabilities and solutions.
• Own ecosystem partners’ technical blueprints and capabilities related to Red Hat technology.
• Explore potential integrations and collaborations between ecosystem partners and Red Hat technologies.
• Assist Partner Account Managers to execute the business plan from the technical perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience as a sales engineer, consultant, solutions architect, or relevant pre-sales role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform or competing enterprise automation technologies, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or competing operating systems, virtualization infrastructure solutions, and cloud service providers.
• Experience working with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Ali Cloud.
• Experience recruiting, enabling, activating and nurturing business partners and developing partner go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into proposals, presentations, demos, and customer workshops.
• Ability to coordinate teams and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems, preferably Red Hat platforms (RHEL, Red Hat Network Satellite) and related technologies.
• Knowledge of open source cloud IaaS solutions and Kubernetes, and technologies such as clustering, directory services, and identity management.
• Strong familiarity with modern methodologies like agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and related capabilities such as automation, orchestration, and configuration management.
• Experience with Linux system programming and system administration.
• Consultative selling excellence.
• Successful applicants must reside in Indonesia where Red Hat is registered to do business.
