Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximize customer satisfaction, while also supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Introduce products and promotional programs to customers accurately to increase sales.
• Inquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Inspect food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the assigned area, ensuring equipment is fully ready for service at all times.
• Maintain personal attire and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly adhere to company rules and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

• Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent, or higher.

Experience

• No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's training certificate (will be given special consideration).
