About the Role

Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable and unique stays by guiding guests through their entire stay and providing a wide range of services. They are empowered to move about their space to process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive guest service across the guest journey, including check-in and check-out assistance and handling guest requests
• Process operational needs and complete reports accurately
• Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests
• Move about the property and perform hands-on tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 10 pounds
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work or supervisory experience required
• License or certification: None required
