About the Role
Dulwich College International School Bangkok is recruiting an Admissions Officer to support the development and execution of the school's parent engagement and student recruitment strategy, with the overall aim of reaching the enrolment targets set for the opening in August 2026 and beyond. The role focuses on implementing an exceptional parent and student experience through the admissions pipeline, including follow-up of enquiries, coordination of visits and admissions events, assessments, and management of admissions data through the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Maximise conversion of enquiries to applications and enrolments by delivering timely, high-quality, personalised support to prospective families throughout the admissions journey (enquiries, tours, assessments, events, onboarding).
- Act as a trusted point of contact for international and expatriate families, particularly Mandarin-speaking families, providing concierge-style guidance and clear communication on admissions, relocation considerations, and settling into life in Bangkok.
- Communicate the College’s values and educational offering in a culturally responsive way, identifying families aligned with the school's ethos.
- Design and deliver personalised campus visits, tailored engagement opportunities, and community-building events to foster connection and belonging among prospective and new parents.
- Facilitate application and assessment processes, supporting families with documentation and administrative procedures to ensure each stage is completed efficiently.
- Support onboarding and relocation processes, including coordination of visa guidance, induction materials, school transport, uniforms, finance documentation, and transition support for internationally relocating students and parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly enrolled families through empathy, cultural awareness, and proactive communication; resolve concerns and challenges professionally to maintain trust and advocacy for the College.
- Proactively manage and nurture waitlists across year groups, maintaining warm engagement and coordinating assessments and follow-up communications as places become available.
- Gather and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data, market trends, family feedback, and community insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance recruitment and parent engagement initiatives.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and timely student and family records within the College’s admissions and CRM systems, including OpenApply, iSAMS, and other relevant databases.
- Create and manage student files and ensure all admissions, visa-related, and onboarding documentation is accurately recorded and maintained in compliance with school procedures.
- Support data management across the full admissions lifecycle, from initial enquiries and applications through assessments, waitlists, enrolment confirmations, and family onboarding.
- Track and support reporting on key admissions and engagement metrics to inform reporting, forecasting, recruitment strategies, and continuous improvement of the parent experience.
