Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximum customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with politeness, a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Recommend products and sales promotions accurately to customers to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality against standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned area, ensuring equipment is always complete and ready for service.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to the company's safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent completed.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be a special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, enthusiastic, and with good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest with duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's certificate (will be a special consideration).
