Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines to deliver an excellent experience and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Providing customer service according to trained standard procedures to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Recommending products and sales promotion programs accurately to customers to increase sales.
• Asking for and listening to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely inviting customers to return for future service.

Food Inspection and Delivery

• Checking food quality to meet standards before every serving to customers.
• Delivering food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Checking the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the responsible area and ensuring equipment is always ready for service.
• Maintaining personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhering to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly following company rules and regulations and supervisors' instructions.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarizing daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher

Experience

No experience required (experience in customer service will be given special consideration)

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, smiling, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler certificate (will be given special consideration).
