Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, and scheduling.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and guest expectations; implement and monitor SOPs.
• Manage linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies efficiently; control costs while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and with care.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping within luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest service.
• Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
