Production Superintendent

About the Role

Location: Wellgrow, Thailand
Reporting to: CSCM Operations Head
We are looking for a Production Superintendent (IP) to lead and optimize IP Production and Store operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of IP Production and Store to ensure performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive safety-first culture with a target of zero accidents and full compliance (SHEQ, ISO, GMP, TIS).
• Analyze production performance and implement process improvements and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, Maintenance) to meet business goals.
• Provide technical support to operations and customers, including troubleshooting and product quality improvement.
• Oversee team management including coaching, performance review, and capability development.
• Manage budget (CAPEX/OPEX) and production resources effectively.
• Support audits (internal, external, customer) and ensure compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., SPC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial Chemistry or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in production, process improvement, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge in production processes, safety standards, and quality systems (ISO, GMP, TIS).
• Technical understanding in PLC / Instrument / Mechanical / Electrical systems (basic level).
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-responsibility environment.
