รายละเอียดงาน

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead pre-launch activities for a non-authorized hepatitis brand and hepatology pipelines, aligned with the government’s goal of eliminating Hepatitis B. This high-impact role requires an individual with expertise in public health strategy, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and pre-market development planning. You will work closely with policymakers, healthcare experts, and decision-makers to ensure successful preparation for product introduction while advancing disease elimination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive pre-launch plan for the hepatitis brand, focusing on market readiness, landscape shaping, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (market access, medical affairs, government affairs, finance etc.) to create anticipatory frameworks and tools for launch-stage execution.
  • Build strong relationships with KOL, policymakers and government health agencies, aligning brand strategies with national hepatitis elimination priorities.
  • Contribute to shaping policies and initiatives aimed at implementing effective screening, prevention, and treatment programs for Hepatitis B.
  • Advocate for access, affordability, and healthcare system integration of the future product.
  • Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs), academic researchers, and healthcare experts to identify unmet medical needs, positioning the brand as integral to Hepatitis B solutions.
  • Organize and lead advisory boards, workshops, and public health forums to foster collaboration and insights exchange.
  • Monitor market trends related to Hepatitis B, including patient demographics, epidemiology, and treatment gaps.
  • Generate actionable insights to guide pre-launch priorities and adaptation of brand strategies to local contexts.
  • Support the creation of awareness campaigns targeting patients, providers, and public health organizations to underline the importance of Hepatitis B elimination efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on educational initiatives about disease management and breakthrough innovations, ensuring alignment with governmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in public health, life sciences, business, or a related field (e.g., MPH, MBA, MD, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with government policies on infectious disease elimination programs, such as WHO guidelines or national Hepatitis frameworks.

Skills

  • Strategic planning and execution in pre-launch or launch contexts.
  • Strong expertise in policy advocacy and government relations within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, especially with KOLs and policymakers.
  • Analytical skills for market research and insights development.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and public health outreach.

Desired Attributes

  • Passion for public health and the vision of hepatitis elimination.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver willing to innovate in uncertain or evolving policy environments.
