HVAC Plan & Spec Engineer

About the Role

Carrier is seeking an HVAC Plan & Spec Engineer to support specification sales and HVAC system design for commercial and industrial projects. You will work closely with MEP consultants, developers, architects, and project owners to secure Carrier HVAC solutions in project specifications and support projects from design through tender stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with MEP consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Support HVAC system selection, equipment sizing, and technical proposals.
• Promote Carrier chillers, airside equipment, and HVAC solutions for project specifications.
• Conduct technical presentations and product seminars.
• Review project drawings and specifications to identify opportunities.
• Track projects from design through tender and award stages.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC design, application engineering, plan & spec, consulting, or project engineering.
• Knowledge of chillers, airside equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with cooling load calculations and equipment selection is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and Thai.
