Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, payroll accounting, compliance, governance, and vendor management activities across multiple countries within the Asia Pacific region.
• Providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure payroll services are delivered accurately, timely, and in compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Serving as the primary liaison between Finance, Human Resources, Tax, Treasury, internal business stakeholders, and external payroll service providers to ensure efficient payroll administration and accurate payroll financial reporting.
• Driving payroll excellence through strong controls, process standardization, vendor performance management, payroll accounting oversight, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive associate experience across the region.
