Dairy Queen-Service Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานบริการ

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines, to deliver an excellent experience and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting increased sales for the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to standard procedures, achieving 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and promotional programs to customers to increase sales.
• Enquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Maintain the responsible area to be clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness to meet company standards.
• Strictly comply with the company's safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly adhere to company rules and supervisor instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, smiling, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's certificate (will be given special consideration).
