Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Introduce products and promotional programs to customers accurately to increase sales.
• Inquire about and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality against standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and drinks to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting the shift.
• Ensure the responsible area is clean and tidy and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal dress and hygiene according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Strictly follow company rules and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Qualifications

• Education: Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.
• Experience: No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).
• Other Qualifications:
• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week) including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be given special consideration).
