About the Role

• Define and examine analysis, development, and implementation of the current and new business processes to ensure "To-Be" process be identified operation risk and have risk mitigation for key risk, including reengineering business process to maximize profitable operations.
• Claims risk control and monitoring by develop and implement measures to identify and control high-risk claims, ensuring proactive risk management and act as risk coordinator.
• Collect and analyze data, preparing detailed reports and presentations for management.
• Review detailed documentation of a standard operating procedure (SOP) Internal coordination to ensure compliance of internal processes/procedures, with agreed cost structures/discounts, and compliance regulations.
• Participate in identifying and creating methodology to rectify performance issues and drive operational excellence, to ensure business processes meet defined objectives.
• Coordinate with senior management and key stakeholders to deliver excellent service and assess operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, or management consulting.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details, with the ability to manage. multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a results-driven mindset.
• Experienced in data analysis, strategic planning, and project management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent in both written and spoken in English.
• Competent in computer programs MS Office, Power BI, SQL.
