What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain capacity planning models to support NPD operations.
• Analyze workload demand, resource capacity, and utilization trends across functions.
• Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and potential resource gaps.
• Support scenario planning and capacity forecasting to enable proactive decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports for capacity, workload, backlog, and resource utilization monitoring.
• Identify data trends and provide recommendations to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across planning systems and reporting tools.

What You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or any related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, resource planning, demand planning, project planning, NPD operations, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in developing capacity planning models, forecasting tools, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of resource management, workload planning, capacity utilization, and process optimization concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights effectively to various levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

By the end of 2024, there are 113 million pieces sold globally, all of which were hand-finished here in Thailand by our skilled craftspeople using high-quality raw materials and sustainable methods.
