About the Role

As a G.O Landscaping Manager you will be responsible for the healthy and controlled upkeep of green spaces across the Resorts, coordinating with the Europe Africa Technical Department for Green Spaces Europe and the various sites, and ensuring proper execution of service contracts and maintenance work by the Gardens team.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of healthy and controlled green spaces in the Resorts
• Make the link between the Europe Africa Technical Department for Green Spaces Europe and the various sites
• Control and monitor the proper execution of Green Space service contracts on the sites concerned
• Control and monitor the proper execution of the maintenance work by the Gardens team on the site concerned
• Ensure a follow-up (qualitative and quantitative) and quantify each site's needs in terms of fertilisation, irrigation, phytosanitary status, equipment and pruning
• Strive for the continuous improvement of the gardens
• Establish monthly and annual Green space reporting
• Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
