About the Role

Are you a luxury automobile enthusiast who appreciates the finer details of high-end vehicles? As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services. Each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, allowing flexibility to complete multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments that align with your preferences and profile
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online, engaging with sales associates in person or remotely
• Observe boutiques, ambience, automotive showrooms, purchase processes, after-sales services, and overall customer experience
• Provide honest, unbiased feedback through the CXG platform questionnaires

• Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback and be prompt in filling out online surveys
