About the Role

To drive the development function of the Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar development team with the objective of profitable, sustainable growth of Accor Brands throughout Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. The position is directly responsible for sourcing and managing new leads, pitching and negotiation of franchise and management contracts, and overseeing Project Validation, projections and KYC.

• Source business and identify potential projects across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
• Contact and follow up with owners, developers and consultants to promote and sell Accor brands.
• Prepare proposals, attend conferences, respond to RFPs, and conduct site and property inspections and brand/owner presentations.
• Prepare, explain and negotiate MOUs, HMAs and HFAs; liaise with Accor legal and external owners/advisors.
• Manage and submit Project Validation (PV) files, HMPs, financial projections and KYC documentation.
• Ensure ongoing Wemax updates and timely internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong English and Thai language ability, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional sales, networking, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on spreadsheet (Excel) modelling and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional manner.
• Deep knowledge of the lodging and hospitality industry, including hotel management or franchise agreements and investment principles.
• Self-starter, highly disciplined, able to work independently, prioritize projects and display initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible and able to respond effectively to change.
• Evidence of financial and analytical acumen.
