Responsibilities

• Create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner and addressing guests by name.
• Contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s Standard Operations Manual.
• Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in the Standard Training Manual.
• Ensure that all equipment associated with service functions at all times.
• Answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of treatments required by guests.
• Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
• Participate in new training and refresher programs as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in same position for at least 1 year.
• Luxury hotel experience is a must.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player and great communication skills.

Additional Information

• Relocate to remote area.
