Job Description

We’re looking for a results-oriented leader to drive sales growth and customer loyalty while staying true to IKEA’s vision and values. As Store Manager you will:

• Identify market opportunities and maximise profitability through a cost-conscious approach.
• Lead the Plan & Order Point business plan, setting clear KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a commercially focused team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Communicate the unique benefits of the IKEA concept to attract visitors and convert them into loyal customers.
• Work with the team to ensure a first-time right approach to every customer interaction.
• Grow IKEA’s presence in the market and work with stakeholders to secure market share.
• Uphold compliance, sustainability, and our commitment to a better everyday life at home.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3–5 years of retail management experience, a strong background in IKEA Commercial operations and a proven track record of delivering results.
• You set clear action plans, providing direction, and follow up on goals to ensure business success.
• You can influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• You are an ambassador for the IKEA culture and lead with our key values at the heart of everything you do.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
• You are fluent in Thai and can communicate effectively in English.

Additional Information

This role directly reports to the Market Manager. IKEA Khon Kaen will be supported by a mother store, IKEA Bang Yai.
