Senior Account Management (Media and Performance)

About the Role

Senior Account Management (Senior AE) with strong expertise in Media & Performance Marketing to manage high-touch, large-scale key accounts. In this role, you will act as the primary client-facing partner while serving as an internal Quality Auditor—ensuring media strategies, campaign setups, and social analytics from internal teams (Media Planners/Ad Ops/Social Media Content) meet high quality standards and align directly with our clients' business goals

What You Will Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for demanding high-profile clients, handling daily enquiries with agility and professionalism.
• Bridge client business objectives with internal execution teams, translating complex media performance into actionable insights.
• Audit and review media plans, campaign setups, and optimizations executed by Media Planners to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategies.
• Oversee full-funnel digital campaigns, with a deep understanding of Performance Marketing dynamics—including Web Purchase (CPA/GMV goals) and App Campaigns.
• Validate technical setups across major ad engines (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and backend monitoring tools.
• Conduct cross-channel data analysis to deliver strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Review and validate Social Listening / Social Voice analytics prepared by internal teams to ensure high-quality, impactful client reporting.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience as an Account Executive, Media Planner, or Performance Marketer (experience from a Global Agency or managing large-scale enterprise clients is highly preferred).
• Hands-on or deep conceptual experience with E-Commerce, Website Purchase campaigns, CPA, GMV goals, and retail roadmap strategies.
• Experience with App Campaigns or O2O (Online-to-Offline) strategies is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with advertising platform backends (Meta, Google) and Social Listening/Analytics tools.
• Proactive attitude with high accountability for deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai, and English is a must
