(Logman) Global Partner Executive

About the Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, strategic partners, and key accounts to drive long-term business growth.
• Respond promptly to emails and business inquiries from customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
• Source competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Coordinate international shipments from booking through cargo delivery to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor transportation costs, pricing, and profitability while maintaining competitive service offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities by expanding the company's global partner network.
• Monitor partner performance and maintain effective communication across the international network.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and business performance to support growth strategies.
• Represent the company at international logistics conferences, networking events, business meetings, and customer visits worldwide.

Qualifications

• Age 22–32 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or International Trade.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, adaptable, and able to support overseas partners across different time zones, including occasional after-hours communication.
• Passion for international business and building long-term global partnerships.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel overseas for conferences, business meetings, and customer visits.
