In-Store Visual merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the VM tools inventory and general maintenance of all VM tools in the dedicated area to ensure sufficient tools are available
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the VM storage area and that all products removed from display are stored at BOH appropriately
• Implement visual guidelines throughout all categories within the store assortment, applying global directives according to local market needs
• Integrate newness on display upon receipt and update displays regularly based on sales trend after discussion with Store Manager & Department Managers
• Liaise with SAP Regional VM team to seek advice on VM changes and amend changes according to feedback
• Plan VM zoning proposals after discussion with Store team/Merch team prior to the monthly VM rotation and review VM rotation with SM/Department Managers to fine-tune based on store feedback
• Prepare photo reports for submission to SAP Regional VM
  Display rotation (monthly basis); Ad-hoc VM updates; Product launch/special projects; VM actions taken based on store feedback; Category focus updates; Window & Duratrans installation
• Support visual set-up for in-store activities & events managed by PR/CE team from planning to restoring the display to normal
• Prepare the required VM tools and stocks for VM set-up and support VM maintenance during activities
• Deliver weekly/monthly VM training with store team to ensure understanding of VM guidelines and maintain high VM standards
• Build strong rapport with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategy across the store network

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising and experience working in the luxury fashion industry
• Flexible with working hours
• Able to contribute both as a team player and through own initiative
• Good ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organization
• Strong time management skills and sense of urgency; able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Good relational skills to work in an international environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Initiative and curiosity with a desire to grow and be challenged
