Job Summary

Role Purpose

Support enterprise-wide strategic alignment, integrated planning, and decision-making by connecting business direction, initiatives, and performance into a coherent corporate view. Work across strategy, planning, and investment topics, with a primary focus on strategic alignment and business insight.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Integration & Alignment (Primary Focus)

• Consolidate BU strategies into a coherent enterprise view and identify gaps or overlaps
• Support development of corporate strategic priorities and narratives
• Facilitate alignment across functions and business units
• Track and analyze key strategic initiatives for risks, dependencies, and execution gaps

Integrated Planning (Primary Focus)

• Support annual planning cycle and consolidation of plans
• Ensure consistency across strategy, financials, and operational plans
• Assist in developing planning assumptions and guidelines

Investment & Business Case Review

• Analyze business cases and investment proposal for strategic fit and business viability
• Work with financial lead to assess financial projections, assumptions, and risks

Management discussion support

• Prepare structured materials for senior management to facilitate discussions and decision
• Synthesize complex issues into clear insights, key implications, decision points
