Fraud Investigation (SPX Express)

About the Role

Work with the Security Operations Lead and other relevant stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage security policies and related processes, as well as to predict future occurrences in an effort to mitigate potential threats. Investigate suspected fraudulent actions and non-compliance issues, support security initiatives, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including law enforcement as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve cases involving suspected fraud and non-compliance by working collaboratively within or across relevant teams.
• Manage specific work streams or initiatives: set objectives, track progress, and deliver results.
• Act as a specialized consultant, providing advice during investigations or initiatives.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and policies.
• Gather, analyze, and document evidence to support internal actions and external legal processes.
• Identify patterns and trends from security and non-compliance reports and prepare presentations for relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate threats or issues to the appropriate level, including law enforcement and other internal/external resources as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Experience in fraud, investigation, or audit is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform data analysis.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
• Proficiency in G Suite and documentation/report writing.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
