Job Description:

This position oversees the improvement of efficiency for the Hub, Feeder, Air, and Package operations. Employee ensures the development of cost plans, work measurement programs, people development programs, and process improvements in order to develop standards, achieve business plan goals, and continuously improve service to the internal and external customer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the development of operating plans.
• Coordinates work measurement and audits.
• Coordinates package planning.
• Oversees asset management.
• Coordinates projects and new service rollouts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field -Preferred
• Willing to travel
• Asset management experience
