Senior Architect (Design & Development)

About the Role

Company: King Power. Onsite, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Designing architectural and interior solutions for diverse projects (offices, warehouses, special-purpose spaces)
• Developing concepts into functional, modern, and business-aligned designs
• Reviewing and approving design outputs to ensure quality and standards
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Managing complex design projects with multiple stakeholders
• Working within unique or restricted environments (e.g., airports)
• Balancing creativity with budget and timeline constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineer, Architect, Interior or Related field
• 3-5 Years of experience in related field
• Strong background in Architecture
• Design thinking and project coordination skills
• Creativity with a business-driven mindset
