Grande Centre Point Hotels is hiring a pre-opening sales team for Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya.

About the Role

• Open positions: Director of Sales (DOS), Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS), Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator (Bangkok or Pattaya-based), Event Coordinator (Pattaya-based)
• Sales segments: Travel Agent (TA), Corporate & MICE

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage TA or Corporate/MICE portfolios
• Negotiate contracts and manage contracting processes
• Understand and apply revenue pace, segmentation and strategy
• Bring in accounts and grow sales for the pre-opening hotel
• Collaborate with the team to drive visibility and market presence in Pattaya

Qualifications

• Proven hotel sales experience; Pattaya hotel background is a strong advantage
• Strong network in TA or Corporate/MICE segment
• Skilled in negotiation, contracting and revenue strategy
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset and strong teamwork
• Ready to start in Q3 2026
