About the Role

Export Finished Products Operation Manager — Bangkok based. Manage export operations, ensure compliance with customs and related regulations, lead the team, and coordinate with internal and external networks to deliver export objectives.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment that encourages empowerment, collaboration and autonomy for direct team and across teams.
• Guides the team to set objectives aligned with entity objectives and provides regular, timely feedback.
• Ensures the team has adequate and suitable resources, manages priorities and balances workload according to defined priorities.
• Develops and supports direct reports' career plans and learning opportunities and manages staffing movements in line with company policies.
• Identifies scope of work with the team and shares with all concerned parties to ensure deliverables and objectives are met.
• Ensures all export activities comply with related laws, regulations and company policies, consulting with relevant organizations as needed.
• Day-to-day operation monitoring and coordination with all networks to support export activities.
• Manage Customs Brokerage Service Provider performance according to existing service agreements and KPIs.
• Identify upcoming critical situations to anticipate actions and continuously seek to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in team management.
• At least 5 years' experience in Export-Import, Customer Service or Logistics & Supply Chain operations with customs regulations background.
• Fluent in English (autonomy / efficient), at least B2.
• Strategic, logical & analytical thinking, problem solving, sense of urgency and self-awareness.
• Able to work under high pressure and in challenging situations.
