Electrical and Instrument Construction Specialist III

About the Role

We're looking for an E&I Site Engineer to join our Thailand team in Rayong Office. You will support installation, testing, and commissioning activities for Pipeline projects. This role will be responsible for site execution, coordination, and ensuring E&I systems are delivered safely, on time, and to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise E&I installation, testing, and commissioning at site
• Conduct site survey and support engineering design (P&ID-based)
• Prepare and review technical documents (drawings, IO list, datasheets, FAT/SAT)
• Perform loop testing, SAT, and system commissioning (SCADA / RTU / control systems)
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor site activities to meet project schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Support procurement activities (RFQ, technical evaluation)
• Prepare as-built documentation and reports
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for E&I systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in E&I engineering (site-based)
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Power / Pipeline projects
• Strong knowledge of E&I installation and commissioning
• Strong knowledge of SCADA / RTU systems
• Ability to read P&ID and technical drawings
• Experience in contractor and site coordination
